Former Mayor JD Johnston was honored by the Bethany City Council at the council meeting on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Item three on the agenda was honor the former mayor by naming the street into Eldon Lyon Park JD Johnston Blvd. The street was not previously named.

TheCity of Bethany encourages participation from all its citizens.
