We've gone digital!
The City of Bethany Community Development Department has transitioned to a fully digital permitting and licensing system to better serve our residents, contractors, and business community. This new platform improves efficiency, transparency, and accessibility by allowing users to submit applications, upload documents, track progress, and receive real-time updates all in one place. Moving to a digital system reduces processing times, minimizes paperwork, and enhances communication between applicants and City staff.
All permits, licenses, and related applications must now be submitted through our online portal at citizenserve.com/bethany. To get started, users will need to create an account or sign in to access their dashboard. From there, you can select the appropriate application, upload required materials, and monitor your project from start to finish. This streamlined approach benefits both the community and staff by creating a more efficient, user-friendly experience for everyone involved.
